1. No physical goods
InstaSPY provides digital software access and digital analysis credits only. We do not manufacture, package, ship or deliver physical products. Shipping addresses and shipping charges are therefore not required.
2. Delivery method
After Razorpay confirms a successful captured payment, the purchased plan or credits will be attached to the InstaSPY account associated with the checkout email or signed-in user. Delivery is shown inside the account interface.
3. Delivery time
Digital access is normally activated within a few minutes of confirmed payment. Bank authorisation, an interrupted checkout, webhook delay or an account-email mismatch may delay activation.
If payment was debited but access has not appeared after 24 hours, email us with your account email and Razorpay payment ID. Do not send card credentials, banking passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs.
4. Failed or undelivered access
We will first try to verify the payment and add the correct access. If a captured payment cannot be fulfilled, it will be handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
